Sunflower Oil is a non-volatile oil pressed from the seeds of the sunflower Helianthus annuus. Sunflower Oil is most commonly used as a cooking and frying oil.
Sunflower Oil is primarily composed of linoleic acid a polyunsaturated fat and oleic acid a monounsaturated fat. The oil contains a large amount of vitamin E.
Our Sunflower Oil is made using organic indigenous seeds. The oil is extracted in the traditional Kachi Ghani process. It is wood cold pressed, at low temperatures, which retains all its properties & nutrients.
