Organic Safflower Oil
A relative of Sunflower, Safflower Oil is native to India and has been a popular choice owing to its neutral flavour and gentle aroma. A great choice for high heat cooking like frying and baking and a healthy source of omega 6 fatty acids and Vitamin E.
Our Safflower Oil is made using organic indigenous seeds. The oil is extracted in the traditional Kachi Ghani process. It is wood cold pressed, at low temperatures, which retains all its properties & nutrients.
