Groundnut Oil is a versatile cooking oil with a deep nutty flavour and is an excellent finishing oil to many dishes. The regular consumption of Groundnut Oil improves insulin levels in the body. Groundnut Oil may also be used as a massage oil for joint pain. It is high in oleic acid and vitamin E.
Our Groundnut Oil is made using organic indigenous nuts. The oil is extracted in the traditional Kachi Ghani process. It is wood cold pressed, at low temperatures, which retains all its properties & nutrients.
How to use: Cooking oil. May also be used as a massage oil.
