Coconut Oil is perhaps most unique for its high content of the saturated fat lauric acid, which makes up around 40% of its total fat content. This makes Coconut Oil highly resistant to oxidation at high heat and very suitable for high heat cooking methods like frying.
Our Coconuts are from Kerala. The oil is extracted in the traditional Kachi Ghani process. It is wood cold pressed, at low temperatures, preserving all its antioxidants and nutrients.
How to use: Cooking oil. May also be used as a hair & body oil.
