The Village Shop's Gluten Free Bread is made from high protein organic amaranth flour. Amaranth seeds contain more protein than oats and are brimming with iron, calcium, vitamin C, magnesium and zinc. Without the stickiness of wheat, it is lighter on your stomach and easier to digest.
How to use: Great on its own or toasted with your favourite spread.
Full Ingredients: Organic Amaranth flour, Water, Yeast, Organic Rock Salt.
